MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLACES TO VISIT IN OUR TOUR

MARAS:

This picturesque town, located 46 km from Cusco, contains beautifully preserved colonial architecture against a delightful backdrop of colorful whims of nature.

SALINERAS:

These natural salt fields have been harvested since Pre-Inca times, throughout the colonial period and even today. They are composed of a large number of pools where the pink salt “Maras Salt” is produced, one of the few salts in the world that has a distinct flavor. Today, the pink salt of Maras is among the four most outstanding gourmet salts in the world.

MORAY:

It is an imposing archaeological site, composed of an impressive system of terraces arranged in the form of a giant amphitheater. These terraces functioned as a gigantic agricultural laboratory, where the ancient Peruvians experimented and obtained improved crops. These terraces also have a religious importance in Andean spirituality, as they inspire great mysticism, and are still preserved as a place to offer ritual offerings to the Pachamama “Mother Earth”.
